Cardiff Metropolitan University Graduation Photography Package

Congratulations on your graduation! We understand that this is an important milestone in your life, and we want to help you capture the memories. You have the option to book photography in advance through our services, ensuring that you have professional photographs to commemorate the day.

You have the option to access photography services on the day of your ceremony at The Creative Plug Cymru, situated at The Capitol Cardiff City Centre, Queen St, CF10 2HQ. The studio's operating hours are from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm, and the final entry time is 8:30 pm. It is important to note that on the 26th, the studio will close earlier at 5:00 pm, and the last entry will be at 4:30 pm. Please be aware that we can only accommodate appointments that have been pre-booked before your graduation day.

Kindly take note that gowns will be provided at the studio without any additional charges.

To ensure that we can accommodate all our appointments, each graduate will have access to a studio time slot for 30 minutes. This will allow us to efficiently serve all our scheduled sessions.

You will also be allowed to also take pictures with friends and Family (up to five people)

If you are unable to attend your graduation ceremony or would like to have photos with your family or friends (up to five people), we can arrange a photo session for you in advance. During this session, we will provide a gown for you to use free of charge.To book this photography session please send an email to klatstudios@gmail.com.

After your studio appointment, you will receive an email with instructions to select your preferred images online through our website. If you fail to make a selection within the specified time frame, our experienced team of photography editors will choose an image for you.

Please be aware that you can only choose a maximum of 5 digital images as an individual, and 8 digital images as a group of two. These selected images will be delivered within a timeframe of 5 to 14 working days after the selection process.

As the copyright holders, we retain full and unlimited intellectual property rights to all photographs. The supplied images are intended solely for personal display purposes and should not be copied, published, reproduced, or stored in any electronic retrieval system without our express written permission. Any sample individual photograph displayed on our website is for illustrative purposes only.

The refund policy for portrait sessions

In the event of camera failure, inclement weather, or any unforeseen incident that prevents klatphotography from conducting the scheduled session, a new date will be arranged, or the client will receive a refund of their payment, if applicable.

However, there will be no refunds given under any circumstances if the client fails to attend the session at the scheduled time and date specified during the booking.

Since digital photographs cannot be returned once sent, klatphotography has a strict NO refunds policy. Once the transaction is completed and the correct photograph is sent to the buyer, it is considered non-refundable. If the buyer realizes they have selected and purchased an incorrect photo, they must notify klatphotography before receiving the "incorrect" photograph.

Refunds will not be provided based on personal preferences, selecting the wrong photo after receiving it, or any other reasons. In the event that an incorrect photo is sent to the buyer as stated on the invoice, klatphotography will send the correct photo to the buyer without any additional charges.

Cancellation Policy

To receive a full refund, clients must cancel their booking at least two weeks prior to their graduation ceremony. If cancellation is made within 8 to 14 days before the graduation date, a refund of 70% of the payment will be provided. For cancellations made within 7 days of the graduation date, a refund of 50% of the payment will be given. Once the images are taken, no refunds can be issued.
